Our appraisers know the local market area, are experienced in appraising in different economic environments and know the importance of studying market trends. Qualifications and Experience: Our Managing Director heads a team of state licensed and certified appraisers who are FHA Certified, VA designated, Manufactured Housing Certified, and are approved on all major investor lists. We have experience with every kind of residential appraisal assignment there is. We service clients in mortgage origination, post-origination, retrospective review, fraud detection, estate, divorce, litigation, tax and insurance needs
